I’m Going Live!
All my best-loved and even some brand new music, plus my story of healing that comes with a powerful call to wake-up to the bigger, bolder life God has for you
It’s with excitement and trepidation that I enter my second year of singing ministry, having seen God do more in my life in 2017 than any other year to date – and that includes the year He healed me.
I’ve stepped onto stages that two years ago I’d have fled from, I’ve heard my voice develop as I’ve trained and put it to use, I’ve read messages of congratulations as my songs made it to national airwaves, I’ve seen tear-strewn faces full of peace as they receive healing from God, I’ve held my first album in my hands, I’ve been touched by encouraging words from strangers I now proudly call friends, I’ve been rendered speechless as yet another financial gift provides a miraculous answer to my prayers.
And I think this is just the beginning.
The Mission: To bring healing and ministry through my singing, songwriting and testimony.
The Plan: A mini-tour to get my message and story out to local churches.
At the end of last year, you made this possible!
So many incredible people got behind this vision and funded 300 CDs, which means I can use the revenue from their sales to provide these events for free. This is just a massive blessing, as it makes my songs and stories of freedom accessible; enabling as many people as possible to experience God the Healer for themselves.
A sneaky snippet of what to expect…
“I feared that I wouldn’t be good enough, I feared failure, I even feared letting God down a bit.
Self-doubt says, “You’re not good enough. You’ll never measure up.” And sometimes, that might even be true.
But I think that’s what Paul meant in 2 Corinthians 12 when he said, “God’s strength is made perfect in your weakness”. We don’t have to be the best – or actually much good at all. God is the ultimate artist; He can create life from dust, and He can create success from error and failure.
That means whoever you are, whatever your life looks like, God has a plan to use you. That’s what Least is all about. It’s an invitation to the Holy Spirit to expose my weaknesses and failures even MORE, if it means more glory goes to our miracle-working God.”
Why go live?
The last of my three core values is entitled Serve.
It comes after Honour (do everything for God’s glory first and foremost), and Accept (believe God has given me talents and passions and has a plan to use them).
Serve is the part of the call that goes outwards. It’s not enough to love God and accept what He’s given me, the mission isn’t effective until I step out and bring those talents and passions to His people, because that’s when healing and ministry can come.
I really hope you’ll come to one of these events, kicking off at Ross Baptist Church on 19th Feb. Leave a comment if you’re coming, and hit the yellow button if you’d like me to keep you in the loop as more events follow.
Thank you – see you there! 😉
